  • How do I sign up?
    You may use your Google account, Facebook account, or manually input your email and create a password on the Fynatic app.
  • Can I log in using my Affyn account?
    Absolutely, accessing Fynatic is a breeze! Simply use your existing Affyn account credentials - your email and password - to log in and get started.
  • Can I bind my Google and Facebook accounts to my Affyn account?
    Yes, you can bind your Google and Facebook accounts to your Affyn account as long as the email address used for your Affyn account is the same as the one used for your Google and Facebook accounts.
  • Can I register if I am a tourist or foreigner?
    Yes, tourists and foreigners can still register and use Fynatic in the country available.
  • Can I delete my Fynatic account?
    Yes, you can delete your Fynatic account directly through the app. Go to Account Setting page, select Settings, select Delete Account, Confirm your account deletion.
  • Can I scan any receipts and earn points?
    Yes, you can scan any receipt to earn points as long as it meets our specific requirements.
  • I have scanned my receipt but the points didn't appear in my account.
    You may check your receipt submission status. If the status is failed, you will not receive any points. If the status is successful but no points were credited, please submit a support ticket through our feedback form in the app or send an email to fynatic_usersupport@affyn.com.
  • Is there a maximum number of receipts I can scan per day?
    There is no maximum number of receipts you can scan per day. However, the number of points you can earn is capped at 500 points per day. This limit resets daily at 00:00 AM.
  • How many points will I earn from scanning each receipt?
    The number of reward points you earn per receipt varies: From our Fynatic merchants: A multiplier is assigned to each Fynaitc merchant which will be specified in the app. The total points rewarded will be the amount x multiplier (cap at a maximum of 500 points per day). From non-Fynatic merchants: Each receipt successfully uploaded will receive 5 points, regardless of the amount on your receipt.
  • Can I scan the same receipt multiple times to earn points?
    No, each receipt can only be scanned once for points. Duplicate scans of the same receipt are not eligible for additional points. Make sure to scan unique receipts to continue earning points effectively.
  • Is there an expiry date to my receipt?
    Yes, receipts must be scanned within 2 days from the receipt date.
  • Can I re-upload a rejected receipt?
    No, you cannot re-upload a rejected receipt.
  • Can I upload a receipt from my phone?
    Yes, you can upload a receipt from your mobile phone. Currently, we only support JPEG and PNG formats.
  • Why is my receipt rejected?
    If your receipt is handwritten, edited, duplicated, or expired, then your receipt will be rejected. Affyn's decision is final.
  • Will my reward points expire?
    Yes, any unused reward points will expire after 12 months. Additionally, your membership will experience a decay if you do not scan any receipt for 30 consecutive days.
  • Will my membership points expire?
    Membership points do not expire but inactivity will result in 10% decay of membership points. To prevent this, you need to successfully upload at least 1 receipt per month.
  • Is there a maximum number of points I can earn per day?
    You can earn up to 500 points per day. It will reset at 00:00 AM following your local timezone.
  • How can I use my points?
    You can use your points to redeem vouchers, which can be applied for discounts at participating merchants' online or offline stores. Simply choose the vouchers you'd like to redeem using your points and apply them at checkout to enjoy your savings.
  • How do I use the vouchers that I have redeemed with my points?
    To use your redeemed vouchers, follow these steps: Navigate to the Rewards page and click on the 'My Rewards' tab. You'll see a list of all the vouchers you have redeemed. To activate a voucher, swipe it to reveal the voucher code. Activate your voucher(s) only when you are ready to use them, either online or at a physical store of the merchant. Once activated, the voucher(s) will expire after 10 minutes.
  • I redeemed but the voucher didn't appear.
    Try refreshing your app. If it still didy't appear, please submit a support ticket through our feedback form in the app or send an email to fynatic_usersupport@affyn.com.
  • The merchant did not want to accept the voucher. How?
    Please ensure that the voucher has not expired and you fulfil all the Terms & Conditions listed by the merchant. But if all has been fulfilled but the merchant still rejects the voucher, inform us via our feedback form in the app or send an email to fynatic_usersupport@affyn.com.
  • What is KYC? Do I have to complete it before I can use Fynatic or claim rewards?
    KYC is Know Your Customers. No, KYC is not required to use Fynatic or to claim the rewards on Fynatic.
